BGL Bokeo Gems Lao ships gemstones and jewelry to domestic and international customers.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number, and other required delivery information. BGL Bokeo Gems Lao is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. International Shipping & Customs

5. Shipping Damage or Loss
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact BGL Bokeo Gems Lao as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and item.

If an order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, BGL Bokeo Gems Lao will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment.

6. Delivery Confirmation
Once the shipping provider confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the order will be considered delivered.

7. Shipping Costs
